  • Services:
    VSS (Video Surveillance Systems)
  1. Security Banksmen

Our team deployed trained and accredited Security Banksmen who provided safe vehicle guidance throughout the construction site. Their responsibilities included:

  • Directing vehicle and plant movement in restricted areas
  • Ensuring pedestrian safety during loading and unloading operations
  • Managing access control and enforcing safety protocols at entry/exit points
  • Liaising closely with site managers to support logistics and traffic flow

The presence of our banksmen helped maintain smooth and safe operations in a busy city-centre construction environment.

  1. Time-Lapse Monitoring

To support project documentation, stakeholder engagement, and marketing efforts, we installed a high-resolution time-lapse camera system to capture:

  • 24/7 visual records of key construction milestones including removal and reinstating the roof.
  • Progress videos used for project reports and promotional materials

The time-lapse solution also served as a visual accountability tool, offering GF Tomlinson and the University a transparent view of site activity.

  1. CCTV Surveillance

Site security was further enhanced through a robust CCTV deployment, including:

  • Smart IP cameras covering high-risk zones, entry points, and storage areas
  • Remote access capabilities for real-time viewing via mobile and desktop
  • Motion-triggered alerts and recording
  • Integration with on-site security teams to ensure rapid incident response

Our system significantly reduced the risk of theft, trespassing, and vandalism, contributing to a safe and compliant site environment.

Results

  • Zero security incidents reported during our service period
  • Improved vehicle coordination, reducing risk of accidents on-site
  • Increased transparency and visibility of project progress through visual data
  • High client satisfaction, with praise for our professionalism, responsiveness, and adaptability
