Design Service

Full Design Specification documentation for BS 8418 2021 Type A.

Thermal modelling software utilised to create the blue print of the system.

Consultation with Principle Contractor Design Team to ensure all civil requirements are incorporated int the overall civil design.

Installation

Implementation is key to successful delivery. Pre start Survey and collaborative planning.

We Work closely with the Principle Contractor to ensure smooth delivery within the program requirements.

Quality Assurance, all systems are subject to a full bench test prior to being installed. Our team are vastly experienced within this specialist emerging sector.

Commissioning

Commissioning in accordance with BS 8418 2021 Type A and the SSAIB Codes of Practice.

7 day soak test. As built and O&M Manuals. SSAIB Certificate of Compliance.

Fire Prevention

Detecting temperature anomalies and finding hotspots before a fire starts.

We monitor to detect changes in temperature so issues can be resolved early preventing damage to equipment.

Monitoring & Maintenance

Proactive will register your site with the local constabulary and obtain the URN number to enable a Police level one response.

Our team have extensive knowledge and experience with ACOPP.

Our team will define and produce detailed response plans tailored to the asset owner’s requirements.

We’ll ensure the fire and security maintain compliance by providing bi annual maintenance agreements.
